LOVE WINS: A Celebration of the Life and Music of David Newman, Decatur, GA
Join us for a very special evening with our ATL kirtan community as we come together to celebrate the life and music of our friend David Newman (a.k.a. Durga Das) who left the Earth plane on April 18th. A band made up of local kirtan musicians will perform some of David's music and members of our community will be invited to tell stories of their experiences with him. The thing that David enjoyed most in life was using music and the chanting of sacred names to raise energy to a high vibration, and to have a lot of fun doing it! We plan to honor him by continuing that tradition. We would love to see (and hear!) you there!
Admission is free.
We will be accepting donations to support David's family.

The theme is “Interbeing In Love”, as we explore our state of Interbeing with all of Creation from a place of Love… with appreciation, gratitude, compassion, and reciprocity.
